Fundraising: Raise funds to cover essential costs such as coaches’ salaries, field equipment and improvements, uniforms, and meals (including player and coach T-shirts and banquet meals).
Team Gear: Collaborate with team captains and coaches to select and purchase uniforms, gear, and warm-up apparel.
Volunteer Coordination: Organize volunteers for events like the homecoming parade, teacher appreciation night, Armstrong Cooper Girls Fastpitch youth night, and senior night.
End-of-Year Banquet: Plan and coordinate the team’s end-of-year banquet.
